Supervise the management of all items guarantee their safety throughout transit and in
collaboration with the manager determine the most economical ways to carry each product
while taking into account the needs of the client.
Primary responsibility is to handle over all Import and Export of MP India with overseas vendor
and MP affiliates located at New Zealand USA Russia Germany China Singapore Korea etc.)
To help them receive clearance more quickly and on schedule coordinate with the freight
forwarder and CHA.
Examine the market network to compare the most experienced CHAs in customs handling and
freight forwarders for the most affordable prices.
The applicant must have extensive experience in communication negotiation and ontime
delivery. Followup with the vendor and customs to ensure timely clearance.
Should have proper knowledge about Chapter Heading and Sub Chapter Heading of various
pharma life science Cell culture and MB grade products will be value added.
Should be familiar with the ICE Gate Portal DGFT CDSCO and SIP and be able to navigate these
websites to find any information they need.
Should be able to manage Duty Drawback RODTEP and COO
Coordination with QC & QA Purchase & Warehouse department for clearance. Coordinate with
Finance for duty payment and instant coordination with CHA for avoiding any kind of Cargo
detention fees.
MIS and reporting in addition with book 2 with respect to trace each import Shipment and
providing training to Warehouse department wrt. BOE COA etc. And other importrelated
documents.
Provide export packing requirements to warehouse department and get packing list from
warehouse and provide export quotes for export related inquiries to customer service and sales
department.
Maintain subject matter expertise in all import and export operations and evaluate all company
businesses and provide required classification for same.
Monitor implementation of all department operations and ensure compliance to all regulations
for department and subsidiaries and adhere to all standards for import and export goods and
establish all targets and streamline processes to incorporate all government regulations.
