Practice Location: Hickory. Lincolnton Lenoir and Boone
MD Or Corporate Owned: Physician Owned
Reason for Job Opening: Replacement

Partnership Opportunity: Yes
Target Compensation: $400000 $550000 commensurate with experience
Bonus Opportunity: Yes based on productivity
Retirement Program: 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan with eligibility after one year plus a discretionary profitsharing contribution each year after meeting eligibility from 3% 7%

- 9500 OR Procedures
- 3200 laser procedures
Annual Vit Procedure: 400/year
Support Staff: (1) dedicated COA team coordinator to assist as their scribe and 23 workup technicians
Hospital Call: Yes once every 14 weeks
MDs on Staff: Fourteen (14) total MDs
ODs on Staff: One (1)
Partners: Thirteen (13) MD partners
OD Network: Yes
Refractive Surgery Lasik: Offered
Laser O.R.: Yes offered at Graystone Eye Surgery Center FEMTO
Office 532 Laser: N/A
