At 2COMS our client relationships are our top priority. We re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain our clients accounts and serve as our main point of contact.
Objectives of this Role
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve longterm partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upsell and crosssell to clients
Job Responsibilities
- Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.
- Stay on top of accounts making sure they re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higherups within the organization
- Identify upsell crosssell and renewal opportunities and communicate with the internal team regularly
- Must from Staffing Background.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 46years of professional experience in staffing industry.
- Must have experience in strong deadline oriented work.
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Mandatory Requirement and knowledge
- Payroll must know end to end processing stages from attendance management to payout
- Compliance Minimum Wages ESIC PF P.Tax LWF WCA CLRA GST
- Invoicing ensure the bills are raised on time and accurately
- Payment and Collection follow up and ensure that payments are received on time
- Client Management must have handled minimum 4 5 clients with an average headcount ofemployees

Education
Any 12th pass or graduate with good staffing recruitment experience
