Work independently providing Onsite/Offshore support for Cisco and other OEM Network Device and service support
Handle day to day issues and request related to LAN/WAN and workstation network including Datacenter network
Daily administration and monitoring of health check of Network devices and services
Work proactively with other Teams including ServiceDesk for any alerts or major issues and bring to closure
Regular monitoring of Network stability and alerts and act proactively for resolution
Work with vendor support for any WAN or Network related issues or requests
Handle all backup and upgrade of Network configurations
Ability to adjust to the working environment and building a bonding with other Teams to achieve the common goal
Strong desire to learn and adapt latest technologies and deliver services effectively
Good analytical thinking which can help cross departments to work and solve issues in short timeSkill set
810 Years in Networking domain including realtime experience in Network support
Experience in working cross OEM Routing Switching Wireless Firewalls Load balancer and WAF technologies
Knowledge in Network Security technology and product such as firewall load balancer proxies and VPN across different vendors
Experience in network monitoring & management tools
Deep Knowledge in WAN technologies and protocols such as MPLS AD DHCP DNS etc.
Cisco (Routing Switching Firewall) CCNP/CCIE/Juniper/Palo Alto
Good Team management and communication skills
Very good written and spoken communication skills
Experience in fostering Team management in a diversified environment
Network certifications would be an advantage
Willing to work in shifts based on client/project requirements
Qualifications :
BE BTech BCA BSc (IT) MCA MBA (IT) and MSc(IT)
