Job Description
This Job is in charge of all internal logistics activities within the plant they develop the systems and tools related and are responsible for the proper application within the complete value stream (inbound production outbound) such as Kanban PFEP & calculation of supermarkets including internal material flow from warehouse to point of use.
Qualifications :
1. The position requires: Analytic Enthusiasm Optimistic Selfstarter Perseverant Proactive skills.
2. Computer skills: MS Office experience in use of SAP is advantage.
3. Documentacion process experience (standars work and work instructions)
4. 3 years experience on Engineering level in Automotive Electronics (preferred)
5. Logistics and implementation of Pull system (KANBAN system) including development (experienced preferred)
ACTIVITIES:
- Core activities : 85%:
- Responsible of all procedures work instructions and documents related to internal logistics applicable to material flow between Warehouse supermarkets & production lines.
- Evaluate and Improved internal Logistic activities and tools related to material supply within the lines material movements calculation of supermarkets for raw material.
- Related to Supermarket for Raw Material is responsible to keep up to day PFEP (Plan For Every Part) tool and its maintenance.
- Responsible of continuous improvement activities related to internal logistics.
- Projects activities: 15%
- Actively participate on projects for preparation of new product lines warehouse area in order to keep standard activities within the plant related to internal logistics.
- Participate and support quality ESD safety and environmental plant goals responsible for Warehouse projects.
