Job Description
What does this role involve
- You will conduct end to end recruitment processes for positions in the business or operations area
- You will ensure the best candidate experience in the recruitment process from the first contact to hire
- You will be dealing with Hiring Managers from various backgrounds and countries from kick off to placement
- You will make sure that the data in our systems are complete and accurate and will leverage them in the conversions with internal stakeholders
- You will cooperate with various HR teams to improve the process and experience both for candidates and Hiring Managers
This job is for you if:
- You have at least 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition Team
- You have previous experience in a fastpaced corporate environment
- You know how to build strong relationships with the business hiring managers and main stakeholders
- You are innovative proactive and goal oriented
- You have datadriven mindset
- You put the emphasis on operational excellence and communication skills
- You want to work in an international team where you will communicate daily in English and Polish
