Location: Coimbatore
Role:
We are looking for a WordPress and Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess an indepth knowledge of modern WordPress functionalities Shopify eCommerce solutions plugins and themes. The primary focus will be crafting visually appealing and highly functional websites and managing online stores with Shopify.
Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage websites using WordPress and Shopify.
- Customise WordPress themes Shopify templates and plugins to meet project requirements.
- Ensure website responsiveness across different devices and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure a cohesive visual and user experience.
- Optimise websites for speed and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
- Keep uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the delivery of stateoftheart solutions.
- Provide maintenance and support for live websites ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
- Conduct website testing and debugging.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and building websites using WordPress and Shopify.
- Solid understanding of HTML CSS PHP and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with MySQL database.
- Knowledge of best practices in web design user experience and SEO.
- Ability to customise themes templates and plugins to fit unique project needs.
- Experience with responsive and mobile design.
- Familiarity with website optimization tools (e.g. GTmetrix PageSpeed Insights).
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with additional page builders such as Elementor WPBakery or Beaver Builder.
- Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPressbased eCommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of web servers (like Apache) and hosting environments.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
