Provide a co-ordination and administrative service for the hotel sales & Marketing team to assist with revenue generation of the hotel. Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
Bachelor Degree of Marketing / Hospitality Management / equivalent
Must be fluent in local language and other languages preferred
Customer Relationship Management:
Customer Communication: Assist in managing customer relationships by sending follow-up emails, responding to inquiries, and handling customer feedback in collaboration with the sales team.
Customer Retention: Work on strategies to enhance customer retention, such as sending promotional offers or organizing loyalty programs.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Marketing Knowledge:
Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales strategies, and consumer behavior. Familiarity with various marketing channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media.
Knowledge of sales techniques, including lead generation, conversion strategies, and relationship building.
2. Project Management:
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Ability to coordinate various elements of campaigns, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
3. Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external clients.
Ability to draft clear and compelling content for emails, reports, presentations, and promotional materials.
4. Analytical and Reporting Skills:
Ability to analyze market data, campaign performance, and sales results to assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives.
Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software) to track and report on campaign outcomes and customer behavior.
