Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Assist in Campaign Development: Work with senior marketing managers to develop marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Execute Campaigns: Implement and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital (social media, email, website), traditional media (print, radio, TV), and events.
  • Monitor Campaigns: Track the progress of campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements based on data insights.

2. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct Market Research: Gather information about competitors, customer trends, and market conditions to support the development of marketing strategies.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback and market data to identify new opportunities, target demographics, and consumer behavior patterns.
  • Competitor Analysis: Study competitors’ marketing strategies, pricing models, and product offerings to identify ways to differentiate the company’s products or services.

3. Content Creation and Management:

  • Create Marketing Materials: Develop content for promotional materials, brochures, advertisements, newsletters, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creatives to produce engaging and on-brand marketing content.
  • Ensure Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and messaging align with the company’s brand identity, tone, and values.

4. Digital Marketing:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, including posting content, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Assist in optimizing website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the site.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating email lists, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.

5. Event Planning and Management:

  • Organize Events: Plan and execute marketing events such as product launches, trade shows, webinars, or promotional events to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Event Promotion: Promote events through online and offline channels, including email invites, social media, and paid advertisements.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate event performance, gather attendee feedback, and assess the success of events to improve future efforts.

Desired candidate profile

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work Across Departments: Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment in messaging, marketing strategies, and customer experience.
  • Liaise with External Agencies: Coordinate with external marketing agencies, suppliers, or partners to support campaign execution and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Marketing Knowledge:

  • Understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing techniques, and consumer behavior is essential.
  • Knowledge of various marketing channels, including content marketing, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.

2. Creativity:

  • Ability to come up with innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and content creation.
  • Strong creative skills to produce engaging marketing materials and strategies.

3. Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze marketing data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM platforms).

4. Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with different departments and external stakeholders.

5. Time Management:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
