The Cyclops Platform is the first and only Continuous AI Cyber Security Risk Management Platform based in Tel Aviv Israel. Our mission is to maximize the potential of the Organizations security stack with the power of AI. We gather and analyze complex security and nonsecurity data to provide clear actionable insights that help businesses prioritize and address their most critical risks.
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team and lead the design and development of our frontend architecture help to shape the core of our products user experience and interface. With a growth mindset a pragmatic cando attitude and an uncompromising approach to engineering excellence.
It goes without saying (but we ll say it anyway) that each person who joins us is a huge part of our success and culture so we re looking for an awesome teammate who will not only be a super developer but will be fun to talk nonsense with at the office go out to happy hour with and debate details of the code review.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of the frontend architecture ensuring scalability performance and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to translate business needs into intuitive engaging user experiences
- Drive frontend technology decisions by selecting the right tools frameworks and best practices to ensure highquality code and userfriendly interfaces
- Maintain and optimize the user interface for maximum speed and scalability across devices and platforms
- Ensure code quality through peer code reviews unit testing and maintaining high standards for design and functionality
- Stay updated on emerging trends in frontend development implementing new techniques and frameworks to improve the product and development process.
- Mentor junior developers helping them grow their technical skills and ensuring best practices are followed within the team
- Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration with APIs and serverside logic
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks ensuring that user interfaces perform smoothly and consistently under varying loads
- Contribute to the overall team culture bringing a growth mindset open communication and enthusiasm for team bonding
Requirements :
What experience or knowledge should you bring
- B.Sc. in Computer Science Software Engineering or relevant practical experience (e.g. service in elite technology unit in IDF)
- Proven work experience of 5 years as a Frontend developer.
- Strong experience with modern JavaScript (ES6).
- At least some experience with TypeScript.
- Strong Experience in working with modern UI frameworks (React / Vue3)
- Experience with CSS including CSS preprocessors.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
- Indepth understanding of the entire web development process (design development and deployment.)
- Understanding of layout aesthetics.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Skilled in building solid quality UX in collaboration with PM
- Experienced in building SaaS solutions a good understanding of how modern backends and APIs operate
- Familiar with modern CI/CD development practices and tools
- Familiar with development in a cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure) AWS is preferred.
