Your Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Senior Security Researcher to join Cyclops Security and play a leading role in advancing our threat research and driving security innovation. This position is ideal for someone with a growth mindset a solutionsfocused approach and a commitment to technical excellence. As a senior researcher you ll work alongside Product and R&D teams reporting to the CTO and transforming our expertise in security into valuable features for our customers.Were looking for a creative analytical professional with a knack for understanding complex systems and a passion for uncovering the intricacies of how things work. Your Role
- Detection Engineering: Design develop and implement advanced detection techniques to proactively identify and mitigate security threats delivering realtime protection and insights for our customers.
- HypothesisDriven Research on Threats and Attacks: Conduct indepth research to test hypotheses on emerging threats and attack vectors translating findings into actionable insights and protections that provide tangible value to Cyclops Securitys customers.
- Reshape and Enhance Data Models: Work closely with the team to refine and optimize our data model ensuring it supports innovative security use cases and enhances the overall system s accuracy and efficiency
Requirements :
What Youll Need
- 5 years of experience in security research threat research cloud R&D or offensive security
- Data analysis and coding skills
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Highly motivated great selflearner curious responsible and independent
And Ideally
- B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science Software Engineering Mathematics or equivalent professional background
- Threat intelligence red team or incident response experience
- Experience with data/security analysis
- Detection engineering experience
