Job Description
Position Overview:
The Painting & Insulation Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all painting and insulation activities for COMPANYs projects. This role ensures the execution of highquality work in compliance with industry standards project specifications and safety regulations. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate teams monitor progress and drive the delivery of projects within the established timelines and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Engineering Construction or a related field.
- Minimum of 25 years of experience in painting and insulation within the oil and gas construction.
- Proven track record of supervising painting and insulation teams in largescale projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of painting and insulation techniques materials and standards.
- Strong understanding of HSE requirements and practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
