Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the companys import and export customs declaration business and responsible for sorting out the customs declaration data Grant application.Familiar with foreign trade and import and export business processes according to the order prepare the phase customs import and export documents can independently complete the customs declaration to ensure that the goods are timely smooth customs clearance.Responsible for the production of customs declaration documents sorting out customs declaration files and related customs clearance forms evidence archiving and sorting.Responsible for the inspection and followup of frontline goods and the customs and commodity inspection departments contact to ensure that all import and export related matters are operated legally.Identify potential compliance risks in daily customs operations based on customs laws regulations and relevant policies. Work to improve and optimize customsrelated processes.Responsible for the identification and sorting of bonded information of Malaysian factories.
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and coordination skills can communicate well withoverseas colleagues.Proficient in Mandarin and English.Familiar with customs declaration business process and country Lawsand regulations related to customs affairs and taxation.Familiarity with various incoterms.Relevant business crossborder ecommerce international trade related workexperience is an added advantage.
