Job Description
Our Delivery Managers are accountable for the overall successful delivery of a project in an account and responsible as part of a crossfunctional team for driving account growth. You will be responsible for the following:
- Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Financial Services Sector across multiple technologies
- Deliver applications services products or platforms
- Ensures appropriate governance standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery
- Responsible for the delivery team within multisupplier engagements
- Supporting presales and business development efforts to expand an existing business including production of contractual documentation such as Statements of Work. You may also be involved in supporting bid responses.
- Motivating and empowering your team to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 Core Values
Qualifications :
- Significant evidence of managing successful outcomes and driving delivery of technology projects in Financial Services
- Experience in managing and leading delivery teams within multisupplier engagements
- A background in technology and capable of understanding technology solutions challenges and future opportunities
- Evidence of being able to communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly
- Strong commercial awareness with evidence of building client partnership and business development
- Presales and business development experience
- Evidence of building high calibre delivery teams
