Job Description
Position : Manifold Design Engineer
Job location : Bangalore
Salary : 15 LPA
Our requirements
510 years of experience of CAM software creating machining operations Creo NC preferred
510 years of experience generating and modifying G/Mcode for 3axis CNC machines
Perfect understanding of technical drawings with ISO GPS or GD&T tolerancing
Proven knowledge of machining tools and tool/parameter selection.
Experience with CAD software ability to modify models based on manufacturing processes Creo Parametric preferred
Experience in creating setup sheets and work instructions for CNC operators Skill Set / Tools
Proven experience in creating CAM programs experience in Creo NC is a plus
Proficiency in reading technical drawings with geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing in both metric and imperial units
Ability to read understand and modify G and Mcodes for CNC machines
Ability to modify models to suit production needs using CAD software knowledge of Creo Parametric is a plus
Expertise in selecting machining tools and parameters based on features and materials
Experience creating setup sheets for CNC operators to setup machining jobs
