Job Description
Role: UX Designer
Location Remote
Job Description:
We are looking for a UX designer with 5 years of PROVEN HANDSON experience to join our team and help us create engaging userfriendly and accessible digital experiences.
You will be responsible for conducting user research creating user personas designing user flows wireframes prototypes and UI mockups and testing and iterating on your solutions.
You will work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to understand the user needs business goals and technical constraints and to deliver solutions that meet or exceed them.
You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system guidelines and best practices.
Requirements
A bachelors degree in UX design humancomputer interaction or a related field or equivalent work experience.
5 years of proven HANDSON experience as a UX designer working on web and mobile applications.
A portfolio of UX design projects that demonstrate your skills and process required.
Proven proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar required.
Experience in conducting user research usability testing and data analysis.
Knowledge of UX design principles methods and best practices such as usercentered design accessibility and responsive design.
Knowledge of frontend development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React/Angular) to effectively communicate with developers
Excellent communication collaboration and presentation skills.
A passion for solving complex problems and creating delightful user experiences.
Experience working in an Agile development process is a plus.
