Job Description
Role: AI/ML Delivery Leader
Location Remote
Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing strategies that align with broader business objectives setting clear goals for the team focusing on machine learning solutions.
Team Management: Building and leading a strong team to develop deploy and manage stateoftheart ML models in production including classic ML DNNs and Large Language Models/GenAI.
Talent Scouting and Training: Seeking out the best talents in machine learning and data science and overseeing their training.
Maintaining Best Practices: Staying up to date with emerging AI trends to ensure the organization always utilizes the best ML practices.
Collaboration: Working collaboratively with teams across the organization and influencing decisionmaking at senior levels.
Ethical AI Practices: Ensuring AI/ML solutions are developed and deployed ethically and responsibly in compliance with applicable laws regulations contracts enterprise policies and Code of Conduct.
AI Impacts: Working with stakeholders to align on AI agenda across all lines of business4.
Required Qualifications:
Masters degree in computer science engineering mathematics statistics or a related discipline
Minimum of 12 years of experience in Software Engineering Data Science or Analytics with at least 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields
Handson experience in various AI/ML techniques such as deep learning natural language processing recommender systems reinforcement learning large language models (LLM) etc.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as MLFlow TensorFlow PyTorch Keras Scikitlearn etc.
Experience with cloud platforms and services such as AWS Azure GCP etc.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools and practices such as Git Jenkins Docker Kubernetes etc.
Experience in working with crossfunctional and distributed teams in a global and diverse environment
Experience in mentoring coaching and developing AI/ML talent
Experience in establishing and enforcing AI/ML best practices standards and ethics
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing AI/ML teams and projects from ideation to delivery and evaluation
Proficiency in Python R or other programming languages for data analysis and AI/ML development
Proven excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts and results to technical and nontechnical audiences
Proven solid analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to balance innovation and pragmatism
Demonstrated passion for learning and staying updated with the latest AI/ML trends and research
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD in computer science engineering mathematics statistics or a related discipline
Understanding of the financial domain and experience deploying AI/ML solutions for realworld problems and use cases.
A portfolio of AI/ML publications patents or awards
