Job Description

Responsible for training Guest Room Attendants delegating work assignments inspecting guest rooms and serving as a support to GRAs. Responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are cleaned in accordance with company and departmental standards.


Qualifications :

 High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
Six (6) months of experience in a similar position preferred. 
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. 
Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
Must be able to perform all duties of a Guest Room Attendant which include but are not limited to: being able to push or pull supply cart weighing approximately 200 pounds lifting up to 30 pounds kneeling reaching stooping bending scrubbing sweeping vacuuming and dusting.
Knowledgeable in the proper use of chemicals used in cleaning guest rooms beneficial. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
