Title: Pod Manager – Healthcare Research Operations
Location: Remote (Phillippines)
Employment Type: FullTime
Compensation: $1600 $1700 USD/month
Working hours: Some or all overlap with 9am5pm Central time (The client is based in Madison WI)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pod Manager to oversee a dynamic team of 10 research analysts/admins. This role is pivotal in driving team performance ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of quality in building a comprehensive global network of healthcare and mental health providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a pod of 10 research analysts/admins ensuring team alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive performance to meet monthly quotas of reviewing 1500–2000 healthcare centers across all pods.
- Maintain highquality standards by reviewing and providing feedback on team output.
- Coach mentor and motivate team members to foster professional growth and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and address team dynamics resolving interpersonal challenges effectively.
- Collaborate with other pod managers to align on best practices and shared objectives.
- Report on team performance progress and areas for improvement to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred demonstrating strong written English and leadership skills.
- Exceptional written English skills for quality assurance and providing detailed feedback.
- Proven experience in managing teams particularly in a remote or datadriven environment.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with healthcare or mental health services is a plus.
- A proactive resultsoriented mindset with a passion for leading and mentoring others.
