Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our Customer Success team in managing the backend operations for influencer and ambassador campaigns. This role is vital in ensuring smooth processes for our brand partners by verifying influencer profiles checking content submissions and maintaining the integrity of data used to connect brands with the right ambassadors. The ideal candidate is meticulous able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and thrives in a fastpaced environment. While you won’t be clientfacing directly you’ll play an essential administrative role in ensuring our campaigns run smoothly and the influencers we work with meet the required standards before being submitted to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Profile Verification: Conduct thorough checks on influencer/ambassador profiles to ensure they meet the quality and authenticity standards. This includes factchecking submitted information and verifying content accuracy.
  • Content Approval Process: Review and verify content submissions to ensure they align with brand guidelines and approval processes before being submitted to clients. Ensure any missing or incorrect information is flagged.
  • Administrative Support: Handle data entry account updates and documentation related to influencer applications campaigns and client accounts. Support in maintaining organized records and ensuring the backend systems are up to date.
  • Quality Control: Act as the final reviewer for influencer profiles and content submissions before they are presented to clients ensuring everything meets our internal standards.
  • Process Improvement: Work closely with the Customer Success Managers and internal teams to identify and implement improvements in backend processes ensuring greater efficiency and fewer errors in influencer selection and content approval.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Assist in generating reports to track campaign progress monitor data accuracy and provide insights on influencer recruitment and content approval metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success Managers to troubleshoot platform issues answer queries and contribute to the overall success of influencerdriven campaigns.
  • Support Client Communications: Occasionally send emails to clients as needed to update them on campaign status or to resolve administrative concerns.


Qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing data profiles and content submissions.
  • Interest in Social Media & Marketing: A genuine interest in social media digital marketing and influencer trends. No prior marketing experience required but enthusiasm for learning is key.
  • Analytical & DataDriven: Comfortable working with data management tools reports and CRM systems to track campaign progress and influencer performance.
  • Organized & Efficient: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and occasionally engage with clients via email.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools platforms and processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Experience: Previous experience in administrative support project management or data entry is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates or those looking to transition into a career in social media or marketing are encouraged to apply.
