Role & Responsibilities
Skills Unigraphics Plastic/ Sheet Metal component design PMP Six SigmGB/ BB
1. Experience in Design & Development of New concepts for Air conditioner or similar type home appliances/ Commercial Airconditioner Good knowledge of New Product developmentNPD including the systems level and the Required Tools. Sound Knowledge of Press Die & Molded Parts Designing including the ToolingAble to lead project and guide team member
3. Use of design / analysis software to get first time right designs (concept making modeling PT validation)
4. Experience in generating new USP / new technology idea.
5. Experience in converting VOC to engineering voice
6. Well versed with manufacturing processes Line Process Quality Tools prototypes Technique and testing
7. Development / maintenance of design data base & Understanding of Bill of Material (BOM) structures.
8. Good Analytical/Troubleshooting skill Must Familiar with Six sigma & its Tools
