As a Marketing Manager Product you will play a key role in developing implementing and optimising marketing and communication plans and activities. Your efforts will focus on elevating the positioning of our degree products in order to attract students in line with strategic objectives. Leveraging datadriven insights and industry knowledge you will help drive product awareness nurture leads and support the conversion of prospective students to achieve student recruitment targets.
This role involves close collaboration with teams across M&C contributing subject matter expertise to crossfunctional projects and providing strategic and tactical marketing advice to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking creativity and analytical rigor to help shape and implement impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies that build our reputation and drive recruitment for undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.
Create compelling briefs for multichannel campaigns (e.g. advertising direct marketing promotional materials).
Analyse and evaluate marketing data to inform and refine strategies.
Lead and participate in crossfunctional agile teams applying subject matter expertise to marketing communications solutions.
Champion compliance with legislation and University policies (e.g. equity health & safety) and embody the principles in our Code of Conduct.
About you
To be successful within this role you will have:
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies and tactics including campaign implementation and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of emerging marketing trends and industry best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
Experience working in complex organisational environments or managing multiple projects including experience with project management software.
A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing and communications and/or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or education/training.
A commitment to ethical professional behaviour aligned with the Universitys values.
Although not essential an understanding of the tertiary sector will be highly valued.
Candidates must have full unrestricted Australian work rights and may be subject to a National criminal history check.

This is a 12 month opportunity based at Brisbane South (Nathan) or the Gold Coast. As Griffith is a multisite University you may be required to work across other locations.
HEW 7 Salary Base range $98603.19 $106825.89 17% super. Full package range $115365.74 $124986.30.
