Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

Work on Wipros Contract Management System called iCertis/ICM under the guidance of Wipro Risk Team & Wipro Legal Team and complete the Obligation abstraction activities for standard 46 predefined clauses for the IT related contracts which are in Executed state. It involves reviewing the contract documents which include Amendments/ Exhibit/Annex/Appendix to identify and outline essential terms conditions obligations rights timelines and essential clauses.
