Job Description
Were seeking a talented AML Remediation Officer to join our team in Guildford which is responsible for Remediation on a 6 month FTC contract. This is a great opportunity to work on a big project and gain further experience within AML/KYC and remediation processes.
As AML Remediation Officer your responsibilities will include among others:
- Reporting to the Partner in charge of Tax Client Onboarding.
- Ensuring all necessary AML documentation is gathered from current records and where none can be obtained escalating to the appropriate Relationship Lead within the office in order to gather any outstanding requirements.
- Working closely with the Onboarding team on complex / high risk requests.
- Provision of MI reporting to the Partner and Project Manager on a weekly basis.
- Planning and organising managing a volume of requests prioritising ones workload and keeping track of all outstanding cases.
Qualifications :
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Previous experience with AML Remediation and/or KYC.
- Great attention to details and being able to spot gaps in the documents.
Desired skills
- Basic IT Skills Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work
