Job Description
ENSURE OFFTAKE DATA QUALITY
In this role youll be leading an outsourced team to ensure efficient and accurate data harmonization optimizing processes to reduce lead times and managing the delivery of highquality offtake data through close collaboration with providers. Youll also coordinate internal and external resources to quickly address and resolve any data delivery challenges.
MANAGE THE CONSUMER OFFTAKE SERVICE
Youll work closely with the IT project manager to define system updates test and validate new features for quality and stability and oversee support processes to ensure optimal system performance.
REPORTING INTEGRATION
Youll collaborate with the BI project manager and the Data Quality Manager to develop and maintain offtake KPIs and dimensions in line with global standards.
CONSUMER OFFTAKE EXPERT
In this role youll have the opportunity to grow into a global expert in consumer offtake data providing specialized support and guidance to markets and departments on consumer offtake reporting.
Qualifications :
University Degree Bachelor or Master
Excellent command of English (written and spoken) German is a plus
A minimum of 2 years experience in the FMCG industry working with large datasets from multiple data sources (e.g. Nielsen Circana GFK )
Good understanding of sales processes and sales data. Proven project management experience with strong external stakeholder management skills
Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment with multiple internal stakeholders
Ability to conceptualize and explain complex concepts in a simple way
Strong analytical ability and a strong affinity for systems
Methodical and processdriven approach with a performance and resultoriented attitude; handson pragmatic mindset
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of data preparation and visualization tools are preferred but not required (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud Power BI Tableau Snowflake Trifacta R Python SQL)
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is EUR 2.30300 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
