Job Description
Work Location: Neuchatel (Hybrid working, 2 days remote)
Country: Switzerland
Duration: Till December 2025
Rate: Up to CHF51 per hour (8 hours per day/40 hours p/week) depending on experience
Your main duties as an QC Associate Scientist will include:
- Managing the life cycle management activities of analytical assays performed in the QC Laboratories.
- Supporting daily QC activities following cGMP, company policies and EHS requirements.
- Authoring transfer protocols and reports for assays.
Additional duties will include:
- Overseeing validation and qualification activities executed by analysts, provide training and support.
- Investigating and troubleshooting problems which occur to determine solutions or recommendations for improvements or change.
- Supporting the application of industry specific compliance standards/regulations to assays life cycle management activities.
- University or Engineering degree in analytical chemistry, biotechnology, biochemistry, microbiological.
- 1 or 2 years of experience in GMP pharma business activities, preferably in the scope of recombinant therapeutic product in pharmaceutical environment.
Language requirements:
Fluent French and English ability C1 written and verbal.
