Technology Analyst

About This PositionWe are seeking a Technology Analyst to support and coordinate crossfunctional stakeholder interactions and the product development process within Metas Privacy Program. In this role you will assist in the planning and adoption of privacy initiatives while working closely with internal and external teams. You will be responsible for managing and tracking operational activities identifying risks and improving processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational and analytical skills who can communicate effectively and drive improvements within a complex program.
Job Responsibilities- Coordinate crossfunctional stakeholder interactions to support the Privacy Program and ensure effective product development and adoption.
- Prepare operational and leadership reports ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track operational activities and monitor project performance to ensure processes run efficiently.
- Identify program risks and issues working with stakeholders to implement remediation actions in support of program objectives.
- Perform data analysis to identify gaps and drive process improvements within the program.
- Develop workflows for information capture from multitenant systems to scale the program.
- Plan and manage internal and external events including workshops team meetings and conferences.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding program status performance risks issues and mitigations.
- Streamline forecasting and distribution processes within the privacy program.
Skills/Requirements- 3 years of experience in program management technology analysis or a related field.
- Proven experience in crossfunctional coordination and stakeholder management.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify gaps and drive process improvements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience in event coordination including organizing meetings workshops and conferences.
- Proficiency in project management tools and practices for facilitating project activities.
- Ability to track operational activities and deliver timely and accurate reports.
- Strong problemsolving and risk management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with privacy programs and data protection initiatives.
- Experience in developing and maintaining project plans and related artifacts.
- Familiarity with multitenant systems and developing scalable workflows.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
