ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead HR Operations: Oversee all HR functions including onboarding offboarding and payroll ensuring smooth processes and compliance.
Foster Employee Engagement: Drive cultural initiatives to boost morale and create a positive workplace.
Preopening Setup: Establish HR systems and processes from scratch during the hotels preopening phase.
Progressive Hiring: Recruit key managerial and supervisory roles ensuring a phased and strategic team build.
Qualifications :
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
HR Expertise: 8 years Strong experience in HR operations including onboarding offboarding and payroll management.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire HR teams ensuring efficiency and excellence across functions.
Cultural Sensitivity: Skilled in developing programs that engage and motivate diverse teams.
Preopening Advantage: Experience in hotel or organizational preopenings is a significant plus
