Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Supports and reports to Technical Buyer on the assigned tasks;
- Responsible for placing purchase orders and expediting components/products based on the quotations from sources as indicated by Technical Buyer;
- Reporting issues timely to their responsible Technical Buyer;
- Supports procurement of samples (ABCD)
- Supports in RFQs TCOs. Bonaparte PO creation on request from Technical Buyer under supervision of group leader;
- Keep track of timelines for the activities under responsibility;
- Escalate any issue (timeline or content) to Technical Buyer;
- Ensure creation of contracts in SAP by Strategic Purchasing.
Qualifications :

- Basic knowledge of supply chain activities and logistics;
- Methodics and selforganized;
- Teamwork and collaboration in a multicultural environment.
