Job Description
Join the R&D Multi Serve Team and lead a dynamic team of Junior and Senior R&D product developers to drive innovation and deliver impactful results. Youll oversee the entire project lifecycle and manage resource allocation for innovation renovation and VOP projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver R&D projects ensuring ontime execution and cost management.
- Manage a team of 8 developing talent and fostering best practices.
- Oversee new technology applications from design to commercialization.
- Ensure compliance with food label regulations and global legislation.

Qualifications :
- 7 years in the food industry (R&D and/or Operations) with 3 years in people management.
- Strong technical knowledge across food categories processes packaging and consumer insights.
- Experience working with diverse teams and environments.
- Degree in Food Science/Engineering/Technology or Chem Eng (preferred).
