Software Engineer PL/SQL Chennai/Pune

You will be part of a talented software team that works on missioncritical applications. Roles and responsibilities include enterprise application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing. We are looking for a PL/SQL Developer to join our engineering team. If you have a passion for building topnotch scalable products and have PL/SQL programming experience were looking for you to join us in our Chennai Technology Hub!
Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Oracle PL/SQL techniques to write stored procedures triggers and packages that analyze several million rows across several database tables
- Ability to grasp relational data models quickly and program using SQL and PL/SQL
- Strong understanding of dynamic SQL and ability to write procedures and functions
- Optimize and tune stored procedures Data Partitioning techniques and embedded SQL
- Need to have hands on experience on query tuning
- Collaborate with Agile crossfunctional teams
- Experience of configuration management tools (GIT) configuration concepts and continuous integration tools (Jenkins / Bamboo)
About you
A person who is passionate about coding displays willingness to learn ability to adapt to the changing needs and being autonomous. Have excellent analytical design problemsolving & communication skills. Has the ability to thrive in a team environment and work with multiple stakeholders to build top notch applications.
Qualifications :
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2 years of software development experience using SQL PL/SQL
- Good understanding of SQL & PLSQL concepts
- Ability to write performanceoriented code
- Experience in leveraging and using tools like JIRA Bit Bucket Artifactory Confluence etc.
- Experience in agile software development practices and DevOps
