Job Description

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Ensure consistency in food quality across all dishes
  • Contribute to menu planning and help develop creative ideas for the kitchen
  • Work in a supportive and rewarding environment with a wellestablished culinary team

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g. Food Safety Level 2 or equivalent).
  • Ability to prepare cook and present highquality dishes to a consistent standard.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced kitchen environment with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of dietary requirements and ability to cater to various dietary needs.
