You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Brussels office on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. In this exciting newly created role you will be responsible for hiring the best talent across Internal Audit Risk and Compliance. Youll act as a key member of the global Talent Acquisition team with a focus on delivering exceptional talent and keeping the customer experience for our candidates and hiring teams at the heart of everything you do.

Your mission:
Youll own hiring for our Brussels office partnering with the business stakeholders to create and own the recruitment strategy leveraging your expertise and excellent market/domain knowledge.
Youll conduct comprehensive market research that will inform decision making for the region partnering closely with other teams to build brand affinity in Belgium.
Youll own the candidate process endtoend from identifying to closing talent ensuring we hire quality candidates at the right time in the right location
Craft a compelling narrative for our customers ensuring they receive the best possible experience in line with Wise values even if they werent successful (you never know the perfect role might come up later)
Build recruiting initiatives that have impact over a 6 month horizon
Use data to support your hiring recommendations as well as using it to retro processes figure out the blockers to hiring and communicate how these can be overcome
Proactively identify and solve complex problems.
Work smart continually optimising for automation where relevant sharing knowledge and resources to work efficiently. Create best practices and enhance processes for global scalability.
Qualifications :
A bit about you:
You have extensive experience hiring for the Brussels market ideally in Risk or Compliance.
You have excellent stakeholder management skills meaning you can easily build relationships use your experience to partner effectively and influence.
You are a creative problem solver. A tricky role wont get you down. Its a challenge that just spurs you on to find a new approach and try something new.
You are fluent in English as well as French or Flemish
