Job Description
Heres the Deal:
- Youll lead change management activities using a clear plan and tools.
- Youll help with communication like creating sharing and managing messages.
- Youll figure out how changes will impact things and how ready people are for them.
- Youll help with how the organization is set up and who does what.
- Youll spot and handle any resistance to change.
- Youll be a consultant and coach for project teams and leaders.
- Youll manage stakeholders like change ambassadors.
- Youll track and report any issues.
- Youll define and measure success and keep an eye on how the change is going.
- Youll deliver training on Google Workspace Looker and other apps that people need to use.
Qualifications :
About You:
- Youve got at least 2 years of experience in change management.
- You understand how people deal with change and the whole change process.
- Knowing about change management principles methods (like Prosci) and tools is a bonus.
- Having a change management certification (ADKAR etc.) is also a plus.
- Experience with business analysis projects is good to have.
- Youre a great listener and communicator both in writing and talking and can clearly get your message across to different types of people.
- You can build and keep strong relationships.
- You can influence others and work towards a shared vision or goal.
- Youre resilient and dont give up easily.
- Youre flexible and can handle uncertain situations.
- Youre organized and a natural at planning strategies and tactics. We dont micromanage so we expect you to be independent.
- Youre a problem solver and can get to the root of an issue.
- You can work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Youre a team player and can collaborate well.
- You know about project management approaches tools and the different stages of a project.
- If youve delivered trainings in the past thats a plus!
- Youve got experience with big organizational changes.
- You have a Masters degree in a relevant field or similar work experience.
- Youre fluent in Dutch or French and have excellent English skills.
