Job Description
Conduct user research usability testing and user interviews to gain deep insights into user behavior needs and pain points. Utilize this data to inform design decisions and create usercentric solutions.
Develop wireframes interactive prototypes and user flows to illustrate design concepts and interactions. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
Design visually compelling and userfriendly interfaces that align with the brands visual identity while adhering to best practices in UI design.
Work collaboratively with product managers developers and visual designers to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience throughout the product development lifecycle.
Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices to ensure that the digital products are usable by individuals with disabilities.
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design concepts and gather user feedback. Analyze test results and incorporate insights into design improvements.
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar applications.
Experience in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
Familiarity with various user research techniques including usability testing A/B testing Workshopsuser interviews and persona creation.
Knowledge of technologies such as HTML CSS Javascript is a plus.
Working experience with methodologies such as Design Thinking or Agile.
Deep knowledge in Design Systems and will be a plus technical knowledge related to Design project management.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
