What you will be doing:

• Offering a professional friendly and proactive greeting delivering engaging guest service from start to finish
• Assisting guests with menu selections in an informative engaging and helpful manner
• Supporting your colleagues during service to ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience including running food refreshing beverages and resetting tables
• Possessing indepth knowledge of the beverage list menu items preparation methods and current promotions
• Addressing guest concerns swiftly and graciously offering remarkable solutions and always seeking to improve
• Being attentive to guests dietary restrictions and allergies ensuring seamless communication among the team
• Staying uptodate with loyalty program offerings and promotions
• Adhering to all outlet policies procedures and service standards
• Following safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:

• A servicefocused personality with prior experience in a highvolume restaurant environment (preferred)
• Previous experience in luxury hotels or the servicebased industry (ideal but not required).
• A genuine passion for food and beverage
• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm courteous and professional at all times.
• Strong communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team while also working independently when necessary
• A sense of urgency and a Yes yes yes mentality with a Can do attitude
• Highly responsible reliable with impeccable grooming standards and professionalism
• Knowledge of wine spirits beer cocktails and specialty coffees (an asset)
• Valid Serving It Right Certification
• Flexibility to work a fluctuating schedule including weekends holidays evenings and rotating shifts

Physical Aspects of the Position (include but are not limited to):

• Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
• Frequent ascending or descending ladders stairs and ramps
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Occasional kneeling pushing and pulling
