Job Description
What we expect of you day to day.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends opportunities and challenges in the payment industry
- Support senior consultants in developing and delivering highquality advisory solutions to clients such as business strategy product development & pricing customer segmentation and customer experience improvement
- Prepare and deliver presentations reports and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams within Visa and external partners to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on the latest developments and innovations in the payment industry and Visa products and services
- Contribution to improvement of methodology tools enablement material and topic development on areas of expertise
- Developing own expertise in at least one analytics topic or platform
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in business economics finance engineering or related field
- 23 years of relevant work experience in consulting payments or financial services business consulting targeted marketing and communications or similar
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English other language is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
