As a Senior User Acquisition Manager you will play an important role in planning executing and optimizing mobile ad campaigns to acquire highvalue users. Youll work closely with the Director of User Acquisition North America and a senior team of industry experts to analyze performance identify growth opportunities and drive impactful strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a few years of performance marketing experience looking to take on more responsibility in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the NA UA team to build a worldclass user acquisition department
Plan launch and manage campaigns across key platforms such as Facebook Ads Google Ads TikTok and video networks
Monitor key metrics like CPI CTR and ROAS to assess and optimize campaign effectiveness
Close collaboration with the creative team to design and test engaging ad content and strategies
Set budgets forecast performance and ensure campaigns stay on track
Prepare detailed performance reports and share actionable insights to drive future growth
Manage relationships with advertising platforms and media agencies to maximize results
Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting competitor analysis and identifying new growth opportunities
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in paid social advertising for mobile games
Experience in testing new strategies and targeting options in mobile advertising ecosystem
Strong understanding of the customer development lifecycle from acquisition to retention and reactivation including lifetime value (LTV) measurement and optimization to customer quality
Experience building out Looker dashboards to measure results
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and build relationships with partners
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills to identify opportunities and challenges and develop effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals
Good understanding of marketing attribution
Very good analytical and conceptual skills; a good knowledge of Excel is required
Excellent work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects in a resultsoriented manner
Experience in bringing new mobile games to market preferred
