SysAid seeks a proactive and relationshipdriven Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead growth initiatives within our enterprise client network. Your primary responsibility will be identifying expansion opportunities nurturing existing relationships and leveraging these connections to broaden your network driving account growth. Collaborating closely with the Customer Success Manager you will strategically plan and execute initiatives to generate revenue and foster longterm partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with existing Enterprise clients.
- Innovatively enhance expansion performance through creative strategies.
- Create and deliver compelling product and service presentations to existing customers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to continually refine your understanding of our customer s businesses and SysAid s products and services.
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify growth opportunities within SysAids enterprise customer base leveraging existing relationships and industry insights.
- Relationship Building and Mapping: Nurture and strengthen relationships with current contacts utilizing these connections to build a broader network that facilitates account growth.
- Collaborative Strategy: Work hand in hand with the Customer Success Manager and the wider business and manage internal resources to strategize and plan the expansion of accounts aligning efforts to drive revenue generation.
- Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
Requirements :
- 5 years of quotacarrying SaaS/B2B software sales experience with a track record of quote achievement.
- 12 years experience in Artificial Intelligence sales (desirable)
- Proficiency in multistakeholder $100k ARR SaaS sales and contract negotiation.
- Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CLevel.
- A willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities.
- A high degree of selfmotivation resilience and a collaborative mindset.
- A strong presence on the phone and remote web sessions (Demo).
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
