Job Description

Role & Responsibilities 

Purchase order management for marketing activities: 

  • Submit PO requests in a timely manner ensuring complete accuracy.  

  • Highlighting to approvers if there is a delay in PO approval. 

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate PO records such as ensuring PO numbers once approved are added to the budget file and POs are marked as received correctly.  

Marketing campaign tracking:  

  • Ensure the marketing campaign tracker for ANZ is kept up to date highlighting to the Marketing Director any missing data refreshes as needed and also updating results post activities in the weeks/months preceding.  

  • Maintain Marketing folder structure for ease of access and organization. 

Events  

  • Support the Marketing Director with the execution of events with regards to POs sourcing giveaways liaising with the organizers on logistical matters (may be required to occasionally travel to attend and provide onsite support.) 

  • Timely submission of event deliverables as agreed with Marketing Director raising concerns or delays to Management in a timely manner. 

  • Coordinating with the confirmed speakers to ensure they are prepared for their speaking slot presentation and logistics.  

  • Global events calendar maintenance Ensuring accuracy and timely updates of local events to the global events calendar. 

Content and Social Media Support 

  • Assist in drafting copy and coordinating visuals for local marketing social posts.  

  • Obtain approval from Marketing Director on content created ensure social media posts are loaded scheduled and published on time in our Social Platform Oktopost. 

Document Management: 

  • Maintain organized archives of marketing collateral and agreements. 

CRM and Database Updates: 

  • Lead upload requests to be submitted via template to the data services team immediately after the post event lead assignment meeting led by the Marketing Director.   

  • Follow up with Data Services team to receive SLA.  

  • Ensure leads are reflecting in CRM post upload and reflecting correctly on the dashboard as they progress through stages in the CRM.  

Marketo Requests via ASANA:   

Make email and landing page requests to the central team via ASANA Tickets to support activities in region. 


Qualifications :

Skills 

  • Demonstrated success in a similar role within an enterprise software sales organization is highly desirable. 

  • Exceptional administrative organizational and time management abilities. 

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. 

  • Meticulous attention to detail. 

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks meet deadlines and navigate complex matrix organizations to obtain necessary support and guidance. 

  • Effective presentation skills with the capacity to engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders. 

  • Resourceful and dependable in identifying solutions and managing complex challenges. 

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with businesslevel proficiency in English
