Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive sales manage key client relationships and ensure strong brand representation. The KAM will be responsible for building partnerships with key retail accounts distributors and brokers ensuring GURUs products are consistently available and optimized for success across all points of sale.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management and Growth

  • Develop and maintain longterm relationships with key accounts in retail convenience and specialty channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities negotiate contracts and manage trade agreements.
  • Build and execute joint business plans (JBP) to drive mutual growth and achieve sales goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets by executing the companys direct distribution strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and account performance to inform strategic decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional programs merchandising plans and instore activations.
  • Regularly visit stores and distribution points to ensure brand visibility and placement are optimized.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with marketing logistics operations and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and smooth inventory management.
  • Work with the regional sales team to align goals and ensure accountspecific strategies are being executed effectively.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs new product ideas and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in Key Account Management in the beverage/CPG industry (energy drink experience is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights for growth.
  • Selfmotivated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools Microsoft Excel and sales reporting software.
  • Passion for wellness sustainability and natural products.
