Purpose:
The Lead Talent Acquisition AME & Russia KAZBEC will report into the Head Talent Acquisition AMEA and Europe and have a dotted line to the HR Heads of AME and RUK. You will thrive to lead coach and mentor a team of Talent Partners by setting the highest standards of quality service and customer centricity. Successful candidate will be accountable for the overall strategy and delivery for Talent Acquisition within CP Seeds and Group business units by acting as a Talent Acquisition Advisor to your business and HR stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the AME & Russia KAZBEC region tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each market within the territory.
- Lead mentor and support a team of recruitment professionals fostering a highperformance culture and encouraging continuous learning and development.
- Partner with senior leadership & country HR teams to understand business objectives and translating these into talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Manage endtoend recruitment for senior level / strategic hiring across CP SE and Group putting both the candidate and line manager experience at the center of the process with a clear objective of reducing executive search / agency usage across country/ies of scope.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment in the various countries within AME & RussiaKAZBEC.
- Collaborate with the global talent acquisition team to align regional strategies with the organizations overall talent objectives.
- Manage relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies educational institutions and professional associations to create a robust talent pipeline.
- Present and use the TA data consistently through MBRs/QBRs to different stakeholder groups to build insights/stories and influence positive change & outcomes.
- Drive engagement of talent acquisition community through various forums and interventions to develop capabilities and expertise and partner efficiently with Leads and Talent Partners to deliver projects location agnostic positions and other BAU activities.
- Become a strategic partner in driving country projects such as early talent employer branding initiatives and boost candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand in the region leveraging social media professional networks and other innovative channels to attract highcaliber candidates.
- Act as a diversity & inclusion champion setting an example for talent acquisition professionals.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to drive process efficiency automation where possible.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors/masters degree in human resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition recruitment or HR leadership roles with a focus on multicountry or regional talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and talent market dynamics across the region.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience in managing and developing highperforming teams (remotely).
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment technology applicant tracking systems and data analytics to drive recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication interpersonal skills stakeholder management and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse cultural and organizational contexts.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced & teamoriented environment.
Critical Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of the endtoend recruitment process and of recruiting best practices and you are well versed in various sourcing headhunting & recruiting methodologies.
- Excellent consulting / advisory skills able to influence talent outcomes.
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization.
