Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates to promote call center agent opportunities.
- Screen candidates to assess their qualifications skills and fit for the role.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring needs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide detailed information about job responsibilities requirements and company culture to prospective candidates
- Proficient in handling the recruitment of bulk hiring
- Organize daily reports and strategies for recruitment events
- Adapt to business needs and work priorities
Qualifications :
Education:
- High school diploma required. Bachelors degree in business management human resources or related field is strongly preferred.
Experience:
- Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a BPO or agency setting. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
Functional/Technical Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
