Job Description
This role is responsible for the creative ideation and execution of sports content across all platforms in support of brand initiatives and sports properties of a major broadcasting company. Taking projects from brainstorm through postproduction and supporting oneoff creative needs as they arise. They will own the creation and production process of multiplatform video from ideation through postproduction and project management.
Responsibilities
- Write/produce/edit primarily short form commercial anthemic and topical promo spots for NBC Golf Channel USA & Peacock.
- Work with graphic designers other editors and audio mixers to shepherd projects through the entire production process.
- Develop innovative shoot ideas for individual events as well as full campaigns.
- Work with outside companies on campaign development deliveries and execution.
- Partner with various inhouse teams (Ad Sales Affiliate Marketing Consumer Marketing and all digital platforms) to create additional creative for various NBC Universal needs.
- Collaborate with the team for brainstorming and scriptwriting across all sports properties.
Qualifications :
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2 years experience writing producing and editing promos for a cable broadcast or streaming network.
- Proficient in Avid editing.
- Must have a show reel that demonstrates recent editorial work.
- Knowledge of all aspects of video production and postproduction.
