Summary:
The Service BDC Agent is responsible for generating service appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to schedule or inquire about service repairs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt professional accurate and courteous manner.
- Use lead management tools CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow update customer files and closely track customer interest.
- Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
- Generate and schedule service appointments.
- Compile all necessary reports forms and other documentation on a timely basis
- Will be trained to understand all products and services offered will become knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in either a highvolume call center environment or commission driven role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.
- Goaldriven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass preemployment testing to include background checks MVR drug test and valid driver license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous BDC experience for an automotive dealership

Compensation (Hourly):
The BDC Agent position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of twenty dollars an hour
Schedule:
- FULL TIME
- 5 days a week / 2 days off
- Sundays off
