Job Description
Are you a seasoned scheduler with a passion for driving industrial projects to success Do you thrive in fastpaced environments where your expertise can make a tangible difference If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and contribute to a groundbreaking sustainability project!
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scheduler with proficiency in Primavera P6 to play a pivotal role in this sustainability project. As a key member of the team you will have the opportunity to lead the scheduling efforts for this initiative from the frontlines. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that the project stays on track and delivers results that exceed expectations. If successful you will also be able to grow the team with other high skilled performers within Quality Assurance as per the current plan (with reservation for change).
Hybrid: 2 days a week onsite
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
- Analyze project schedules to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as necessary to reflect changes in scope resources or timelines.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project schedule performance to project stakeholders.
- Support the project team in resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with project scheduling standards and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in scheduling industrial projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Expertise in Primavera P6 software including advanced scheduling techniques and customization capabilities.
- Strong understanding of industrial project management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex project schedules within tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is a plus.
