Job Summary Director Compliance:
We are looking for a candidate to play a pivotal role in promoting a strong culture and robust processes for antibribery anticorruption marketing compliance compliance audit and reporting. The ideal candidate should be an experienced compliance professional capable of collaborating with legal finance and business stakeholders to manage the Companys Business Compliance Program.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee maintain and innovate an effective compliance employee engagement and communication program for the organization.
- Manage the Business Compliance Program in cooperation with stakeholders evaluating effectiveness through key metrics.
- Develop maintain revise and operationalize policies procedures protocols guidelines and training materials.
- Monitor legal and regulatory trends prioritize legal and compliance issues and determine appropriate courses of action.
- Conduct systematic audits for monitoring and reviewing Business Compliance Program controls and support the conduct of external audits by licensing partners/ corporate functions
- Respond to conflict of interest questions and gift approvals driving standardization in accordance with the Companys global policies while being cognizant of the BU requirements and regional laws
- Serve as a change agent and champion leading the compliance organization for ongoing growth and transformation for India Business across all of its markets
Qualifications :
CA (Qualified)/ LLB
Overall 1018 Years of experience and minimum 5 Years of relevant experience into Pharma/ Healthcare/ FMCG industry for Compliance activities
Additional Information :
HCP Compliance and UCPMP knowledge is a must
