Job Responsibilities
Develop and support existing distribution network for professional HVAC channel
Active communication and visits with clients establish develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with distributors installers designers and other stakeholders involved in the investment construction process in the entrusted region
Technical and sales assistance for customers
Provide assistance in realization and tracking of marketing campaigns
Present and promote Bosch products conducting technical trainings and seminars
Identify follow up and win projects
Analyze the markets potential gather information about competitors and their local activities
Providing feedback and making suggestions for improvements and increasing of the sales and Bosch Home Comfort division positioning
Readiness to work outside of the office (80% in Sofia and BG)
Manage the execution of relevant KPIs
Additional Information
This position is eligible for a company car laptop and mobile phone.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Technical university degree
3 years of experience in Sales F2F selling
Marketspecific product knowledge in the field of HVAC
Good organizational skills high level of responsibility
Proactive personality ability to prioritize the workload good timemanagement multitasking
Strong strategic and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written advanced computer skills
Willingness to work actively with clients
Negotiation skills customer orientation
Advanced English knowledge B2
Driving license
