Are you ready to make an impact in a fastpaced and dynamic environment As an FP&A Analyst in JDE Nordic Finance youll play a vital role in shaping the future of our business while growing your skills.
Working closely with the Nordic Finance Director youll help guide the Nordic organization across different countries and sales channels. This role is key to driving efficiency and standardization especially through tools like PowerBI. Your work will include developing and preparing management reports budgets and strategic plans as well as creating tools to help other teams track and simulate operational outcomes.
In this role youll be the goto person for offering datadriven insights that help commercial teams and management make informed decisions. Its a varied role with new challenges every day so no two days will look the same!
If you enjoy working with PowerBI (or similar tools) to enhance data transparency and accessibility this is your chance to take ownership maintain and develop models that support the business with accurate and actionable information.
What Youll Do:
- Partner with the Finance Director and Commercial Control Leads to deliver key financial analyses.
- Own and develop our PowerBI tool to support business needs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Category Director to quantify projects analyze finances and support investment decisions.
- Lead mid and longterm planning processes including the Annual Operating Plan and Value Creation Plans.
- Deliver clear impactful insights and recommendations to senior leaders striving for standardized and efficient reporting across the region.
- Support and review business investments with highquality quantitative analyses.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- A masters degree in a financerelated field.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance ideally in a similar role.
- Handson experience with PowerBI (or similar systems).
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical structured and resultsoriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English (a Scandinavian language is a bonus).
- Teamoriented with a collaborative approach.
- Experience with SAP/BPC or SAP BW is a plus but not required.
