Job Description
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing both local and cloudbased server environments administering the organizations mail systems and Active Directory services. Your role will also encompass providing support to other departments and contributing to the development of IT infrastructure. All the while youll be fostering a positive and collaborative working atmosphere.
This role requires oncall availability.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the server environment based on local Windows operating systems and cloudbased systems (GCP and Azure) installation and configuration of systems and applications.
- Updating and monitoring maintained systems.
- Ensuring the continuity of system operations and the security of IT infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Administrating the organizations mailing systems.
- Resolving issues related to mail delivery monitoring mail security systems creating and modifying rules audits.
- Administrating Active Directory and EntraID services managing identities and permissions.
- Managing services and applications within the M365 package (Exchange SharePoint Teams OneDrive Intune etc.).
- Supporting other departments in their duties.
- Work related to the development of IT infrastructure.
- Creating technical documentation.
- Maintaining a positive work and collaboration atmosphere.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or related.
- Fluent knowledge of Polish and English (min. B2).
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and newer.
- Solid experience in administering Active Directory.
- Experience in administering Microsoft Exchange in a hybrid configuration.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform services.
- Experience in managing cloud infrastructure (Azure and GCP).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services and applications.
- Knowledge of High Availability Fault Tolerance Disaster Recovery etc. issues.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code solution (Terraform Ansible).
- Good knowledge of the SMTP protocol and email security topics.
